These terms apply to your use of buenavistaworks.com (the "Site"), operated by BVWORKS LLC, doing business as Buena Vista Works ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
About us
Buena Vista Works provides landscaping, garden, and grounds maintenance services in New York City. We are licensed by the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection as a Home Improvement Contractor, License #2135713.
Quotes and estimates
Information on the Site, including service descriptions, is for general information only and is not an offer. A request through our form is not a contract. Any price we give is an estimate until it is confirmed in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties. All work is performed under a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, price, schedule, and payment terms, as required by New York law, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything on the Site.
Scheduling and turnaround
Turnaround times we describe, such as starting work within 48 hours after your deposit clears, are our standard goals. "Starting work" means our crew is on site and work has begun. The 48 hours begin when the deposit funds are available in our account, not when payment is sent. Start dates depend on property access, building work-hour rules (including weekend restrictions), weather, plant and material availability, and any required building or board approvals. If one of these delays the start, we'll tell you right away and schedule the earliest available date.
Using the Site

- Do not misuse the Site, including by sending spam, attempting to break its security, or interfering with its operation.
Our content
The text, logo, graphics, and design of the Site belong to BVWORKS LLC and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
No warranty for Site content
We work to keep the Site accurate, but it is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind about its content or availability. Warranties for our services, if any, are set out only in the written agreement for that work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BVWORKS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New York consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
